EthicalData is a voice frequency analysis that supports assessing the reliability of candidates and employees. An interview or questionnaire is run, voice patterns are analyzed and a report with stability and credibility indicators is delivered, adaptable to each company’s criteria. HH Integra applies it as a complement to its recruiting and selection process.
It includes a survey builder and the NOM-035 module to run the questionnaires and get automated results. NOM-035 is a Mexican workplace psychosocial risk standard; final compliance depends on each company’s policy and actions.
Each company’s data is kept separate from the others and access is controlled by role: administrator, HR, direct manager or employee. You can read the Privacy Notice at the bottom of this page.
